Two account issue: trying to delete one and it keeps appearing

I had two websites powered by BigCommerce - so two stores - and had a second POWR account get created by default when installing POWR on the second store. I since closed down the second BigCommerce store and have tried to delete the second POWR account. I deleted the account when I log into POWR from a web browser. However, whenever I launch POWR from my BigCommerce store platform, it continues to open the deleted POWR account and not my main, active account. This is frustrating. What can I do to get the inactive, “deleted” account to quit launching? Thanks!
