I am brand new to POWR so forgive me if this is a question that has been answered before. I created a quote form for my website and I have received several submissions that are blank- despite the fact that there are required fields on the form. Can someone provide an explanation of why this is happening? See the photo attached

I tried to reproduce your issue but wasn’t able to.
I need to take a look at your form and investigate further. Could you share your URL where the ap is installed?

I took a look at your page and found out that there were 2 forms.
One that was deleted indeed had empty submissions. I can only suggest that mandatory fields were not toggled on, or maybe when you made changes, you didn’t click on publish.
Just in case, I made a test submission on a new form and checked if I could submit it without fulfilling the fields.
I failed to repro the issue.
