Form builder won’t take customer to payment page

On my Wix site I get a lot of complaints about this. The form itself will very often just not load on the live site.

Hi there and aso sorry for the issue !
We got a connection problem for our server provider whcih caused this issue however now it should be fixed.
If you are still experincin issues please go to POWR editor/wix editor and publish app once again. Check from a new incognito window to avoid cache issue

Lots of customers complaint that they are not being taken to the till. It’s happening so regularly. Really poor

Thanks for sharing the info.
I just submitted the form and it took me to the payment page.
I didn’t submit the payment since the amount is pretty big))
