Allow POWR users to set a date and time for slides to show and hide from the banner slider automatically.
Each slide should be able to have its own dates to automatically show as part of the banner, and also to automatically hide itself.
POWR users should be able to choose whether they want to schedule slides as described, or display them permanently. There should also be an ability to activate a slide permanently after a specified date, and also the ability to activate a slide immediately with a set end date.
After a slide reaches its end date, it should enter a draft mode where the content for the slide is still available within the POWR dashboard, but is not live in the Banner slider widget when it is embedded on a website.
