Account payment - important improvement

Account feature improvement;

Add a mechanism that the account holder can trigger a credit card payment to be taken.

If that cannot be done quickly, delay account tier reduction until at least 2 CC attempts have been made (1 week).

My experience, all within about 24 hours:

  • CC payment failed (not sure why)
  • Notified that payment was unsuccessful
  • Notified that a second CC payment would be attempted within 7 days
  • Notified that should that second CC payment be unsuccessful that my forms would be hidden
  • Account reduced from Pro to Free
  • Submission limit reached quickly (25 max)
  • I cannot trigger a CC payment
  • POWR Cust Svc cannot trigger CC payment

This negatively impacted our revenue for year end.
